Available Position:

SURF CAMP MANAGER

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team at Nalua Surf Camp in the role of Surf Camp Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the head of our camp and team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our camp and providing our guests with an exceptional experience. Your tasks will include managing all aspects of customer relations, such as bookings, payments, welcoming guests on arrival, and follow-ups during their stay.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Manage and oversee our team.

  • Handle bookings and inquiries.

  • Collaborate with our head coach to organize the weekly schedule.

  • Ensure an outstanding experience for our guests.

  • Be available for guest support throughout their stay.

  • Generate monthly financial reports.

  • Uphold and promote excellent service standards at the camp.

  • Foster positive relationships with guests and address any concerns or complaints.

  • Provide a warm welcome for our guests.

  • Resolve any issues that may arise at the camp.

PROFILE:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Prior experience in customer service.

  • Outgoing and energetic personality.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude and demeanour.

  • Passion for surfing.

  • Familiarity with or residency in Lombok.

Commencement: May 2024, with one month of training.

Nalua will cover the expenses for a one-year working permit and visa.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
